The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will always function without interruption or error.

- Use of, or inability to use, the Services.
- Errors, omissions, or interruptions in functionality.
- Any actions taken based on information or output from the Services.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any of the Services at any time without notice.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above will be updated whenever changes are made. Continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Share via Gmail Chrome Extension
What the extension does
Share via Gmail is a Chrome extension that helps you quickly share web pages by sending a Gmail message directly from your browser, using your own Google account.
Your responsibilities
Users are responsible for email content, legal compliance with email and privacy regulations, and securing their Google account. We are not responsible for how you use the extension or for the content you distribute through it.
Google services
Your use of the extension is also subject to the terms of the Google services it integrates with (Gmail and Google Contacts).
Marketing Spark IQ Chrome Extension
What the extension does
Marketing Spark IQ evaluates the publicly visible content of LinkedIn profiles and connection requests you are viewing, and returns an assessment based on the networking preferences you configure. It does not automate LinkedIn activity in any way.
Your responsibilities
Users must comply with LinkedIn's terms, review assessments before acting, and ensure saved notes are appropriate and lawful.

Marketing Spark IQ is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
Accuracy
The extension uses a lightweight scoring framework and local heuristics. Outputs are best-effort guidance only and may be wrong.
