Free website feedback from your buyers
See your website through your buyers' eyes.
Enter your website. We build three buyers from your ideal customer, send each one through your site, and show you what they thought, where they got lost and whether they'd book a call.
- Three buyers built with Mark's persona template
- Their thoughts page by page, with ratings
- Where buyer confidence breaks down, and what to fix first
Who's on your panel
Mark builds personas for every client the same way: one for each person involved in the purchase. Your panel gets one of each, built from who your site is aimed at.
The user
Uses what you sell day to day. They can't sign off, but their opinion carries weight. They want to know if it makes their job easier.
The manager
Champions the purchase and has to sell it inside their company. They need proof, a price and a case they can take to their boss.
The executive
Signs off. They worry about wasting money and being accountable for the result. They want to know why you, why now and what it costs.
What each buyer tells you
Then Mark's summary pulls the three together: where buyers lose clarity, confidence or urgency, and the three things to fix first.
- 01First impressionWhat they think you sell after five seconds on your first screen.
- 02Their path through your siteWhich pages they click, in order, and what they think on each one.
- 03Mark's four questionsWhat do you offer? Who is it for? What would I get? Why you over the alternatives? Each answer comes with how sure they are.
- 04Four ratingsClarity, relevance, trust and urgency, each from 1 to 5 with the reason.
- 05Where they got lostThe exact words on your pages that lost them or confused them.
- 06The boss testHow they'd explain you to their boss, and whether they could defend the choice.
- 07Their verdictBook a call, keep looking or leave, and the one thing that would change their mind.
Buyer panel FAQ
About the panel and what happens after. Want a score instead? Try the free website audit.
No. They're simulated by AI from your website, so treat them as a fast first read. They're good at spotting where a page is unclear or missing proof. They can't tell you what your actual customers think. Mark starts every positioning project by talking to real customers, and this doesn't replace that.
The panel reads your homepage and the pages buyers usually check next (product, pricing, customers, about). It works out who your site is aimed at, then builds three buyers using Mark's persona template: a user, a manager and an executive, each with their pains, fears, goals, buying power and what they need to say yes.
Every quote it shows from your site is checked against your pages, and any quote that isn't there gets dropped. The buyers themselves are made up, and so are their opinions, since the idea is to see how people in those roles tend to react.
Usually about two minutes. You'll see the three buyers as soon as they're built, then the full results when they finish.
The audit scores your homepage on six things and gives you three fixes. The panel shows how three specific buyers go through your whole site, where each one gets stuck, and whether they'd talk to you. Run the audit for a score and the panel for the buyer side.
Most website feedback tools collect comments from visitors or from paid testers, which takes days and costs money per response. Message testing panels with real buyers are worth doing, but they take time to set up. This gives you a free first read in about two minutes, from three buyers built around your ideal customer, so you know what to fix before you pay for real testing.
Yes, and you don't need to give an email to see the results. You can send yourself a copy at the end.
Your site is read once to build the panel. If you ask for a copy, your email is used to send it and Mark sees that you ran a panel. Nothing is sold or shared. Details are on the privacy page.
